Inspire

Inspirational 1 You may inspire you and your allies to action. It is a strenouos complex action to start an inspiratian. You may maintain an inspiration each round as a standard action. You gain a sphere of influence of 5 hexes while inspiring, that your allies must be within to benefit from your inspiration. All allies in your sphere (including you) gain a +1 to accuracy. Additionally, you can no longer be hurt by your allies attacks. Target’s can only benefit from 1 inspirational at a time.
Inspirational 2 Your sphere of influence increases to 10 hexes. All allies gain a +1 to armor while in your sphere.
Inspirational 3 Your sphere of Influence extends 15 hexes. You may now maintain an inspiration as a basic
Additionally, your allies can no longer be hurt by your attacks while in your sphere.
Inspirational 4 Your Sphere of influence extends 20 hexes. All allies now gain a +1 to saves while in your sphere.
Inspirational 5 Your sphere of influence now extends 25 hexes. Your allies in the sphere can no longer hurt other allies in the sphere unintentionally. Starting an inspiration is now a strenuous standard action.
Self-hypnosis 1 You know how to keep yourself focused. You gain a +1 to all DV.
Self-hypnosis 2 You gain a +1 to fortitude.
Self-hypnosis 3 You gain a +1 to accuracy.
Self-hypnosis 4 You gain a +1 all saves.
Self-hypnosis 5 You gain a +1 to AP your recovery rate.
Director 1 As long as you are conciouss you gain a sphere on influence of 3 hexes. All allies within your sphere (but not you) gain a +1 to DV.
Director 2 Your sphere of influence extends to 5 hexes.
All allies in your sphere gain a +1 to armor.
Director 3 Your sphere of influence extends to 7 hexes.
All allies in your sphere gain a +1 to starting AP.
Director 4 Your sphere of influence extends to 9 hexes.
All allies in your sphere gain a +1 to accuracy.
Director 5 All allies in your sphere gain a +1 to saves.
Guidance Inspirational 1 once per day you can charge your allies with ininspiration. You must spend 1 per ally,and can empower yourself if you desire. All allies listening gain 1 round + 1 round per tier. An ally can activate the inspiration later by spending 1 PP, this is not an action. The target gains a +1 to a skill check while activating inspiration
Guidance Inspirational 2 when activating inspiration you gain a +1 to accuracy
Guidance Inspirational 3 when activating inspiration You gain an additional +1 to a skill
Guidance Inspirational 4 when activating inspiration you gain a +1 to DV
Guidance Inspirational 5 when activating inspiration You gain an additional +1 to a skill
